Hi, I’m Manish Chanda, and welcome to my Educational blog, LLB & LLM.
This educational blog is for anyone who believes that law is not just a subject in books, but a living system that shapes how people live, work, trade, speak, create, and protect their rights. Here, I write about law in a way that is simple, detailed, and meaningful. I intend to make legal knowledge easier to understand for readers from all backgrounds, whether they are students, professionals, researchers, entrepreneurs, or simply curious minds who want to learn how the legal world actually works.
I come from an academic background with a B.Sc. in Mathematics (Honors), Physics, Chemistry, Programming, and Environmental Science, but my deep interest has always been in law and legal studies. Over time, that interest grew into a serious passion for understanding how legal systems operate and affect everyday life. I am especially drawn to the broad and powerful world of laws, legalities, constitutional law, civil law, criminal law, corporate and business law, financial and banking law, taxation law, cybersecurity and technology law, intellectual property law, employment and labor law, family law, property and real estate law, environmental and energy law, international law, administrative law, health and medical law, education law, media and entertainment law, sports law, immigration and nationality law, military and defense law, maritime and aviation law, consumer protection law, agricultural and food law, religious and cultural law, space and aviation technology law, artificial intelligence and emerging technology law, digital economy and internet commerce law, social welfare and public interest law, transportation law, procedural and judicial law, and data privacy law.
What makes law so fascinating to me is that it touches every part of society. It protects rights, creates duties, builds institutions, settles disputes, and keeps the balance between freedom and responsibility. A single legal rule can influence a family, a company, a school, a hospital, a court, a market, a government office, or even an online platform. That wide reach is one of the reasons I enjoy exploring legal topics from different angles. I believe the law becomes easier to understand when it is connected to real life, real examples, and real-world issues.
Through LLB & LLM, I want to create a thoughtful and useful reading space where complex legal ideas are explained in clear language. My goal is not to make law sound distant or intimidating. I want to make it practical, readable, and relevant. Many people avoid legal topics because they feel the language is too technical or the concepts are too hard to follow. I want this page to do the opposite. I want readers to feel that the law can be understood by anyone who is willing to learn with patience and curiosity.
On this blog, you will find detailed articles, stories, ideas, explanations, and useful knowledge across a wide range of legal subjects. Some posts may focus on basic legal understanding, while others may explore deeper questions in constitutional, civil, criminal, corporate, financial, or technology-related law. I also like to connect legal ideas with current issues, social changes, public policy, and the challenges of modern life. Law does not exist in isolation, and that is exactly why it remains so interesting.
I am particularly interested in the way law is changing in response to the modern world. Technology is moving fast. Artificial intelligence is growing. Digital business is expanding. Privacy concerns are increasing. Cyber risks are becoming more serious. Environmental issues are becoming more urgent. Global trade, online commerce, space activity, transportation systems, and financial systems are all becoming more complex. Each of these changes raises new legal questions. That is where legal thought becomes especially important. It helps us ask the right questions, examine the risks, and understand how rules can protect people while supporting progress.
I also care deeply about subjects such as constitutional rights, justice, fairness, public interest, and access to legal information. Law is not only about courts and contracts. It is also about the everyday dignity of people. It is about whether someone can live safely, speak freely, work fairly, learn properly, own property, use services without discrimination, and seek protection when their rights are violated. These are not small matters. They are the foundation of a healthy society. That is why I try to approach legal writing with seriousness, care, and a sense of responsibility.
At the same time, I believe legal writing should still feel human. It should not be cold, heavy, or needlessly complicated. Good writing should teach without confusing and explain without sounding formal for the sake of formality. That is the style I try to follow here. I want my articles to feel informative, approachable, and worth reading from start to finish. I want readers to walk away with something useful, whether that is a new idea, a clearer understanding, a fresh perspective, or a practical takeaway they can remember.
This page is also a place for learning and growth. I see every article as part of a larger journey of study, reflection, and communication. The legal world is broad, and no one can understand everything at once. But every clear explanation, every careful analysis, and every thoughtful discussion adds something valuable. That is the spirit behind this page. I am here to learn, to write, to share, and to keep improving with every piece I publish.
If you enjoy law, legal analysis, social issues, policy, rights, governance, or the changing relationship between law and modern society, I hope this page proves useful to you. If you are a student, I hope these writings help you build confidence and clarity. If you are a reader from outside the legal field, I hope they help you see that law is not as far away as it may seem. It is part of daily life, and understanding it can make a real difference.
Thank you for visiting LLB & LLM. I’m glad you’re here. I hope you find ideas that inform you, topics that interest you, and articles that make you think a little deeper. This page is built for readers who value knowledge, clarity, and meaningful learning, and I look forward to sharing more with you here.
